Lessons

Greetings!

I have enjoyed teaching many guitar, dobro, mandolin, and bass students of all ages since 2004. It is so exciting to see individuals find new adventures with stringed instruments. Music is a fantastic pursuit! Acquiring skill on an instrument fuels confidence and develops a healthy self image. (Not to mention it’s great fun!) To ensure the best service possible we ask our parents and students to adhere to a basic lesson policy. This is a standard for most teaching centers and their instructors. It also insures that the student and teacher are on the same page. 1. Payment for the month (4 or 5 weekly lessons) is due at the beginning of the each month.

2. Due to a full schedule, there are no make-up lessons available. The student is required to pay for his or her time slot, in the event of absence or cancellation. If I am absent, a lesson credit will be given for the following month .

We are very thankful for our students and parents. Please contact us with any questions reguarding new student enrollment at Metro Music Academy, or from GriffinStrings.

Chris – Thinking about taking lessons on guitar. Do you ever teach in Hoover> What are the rates and how does it work? That is, is there a contract for a certain number of lessons or something? Are these individual or group lessons?

Ken Haynes recommended you. He had some really nice things to say.
